All cancellations and no-shows will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. • Please cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment time will require a rebooking fee of 50% of the scheduled service total. • Same-day cancellations or no-shows will require a rebooking fee equal to 100% of the scheduled service total. Rebooking fees must be paid prior to scheduling a future appointment.
